Review: While Fidel Castro is sending thousands of cuban physicians to Venezuela in an exchange to try to gain foreing currency and political influence in the region, Dr. Milián decided to care for his fellow cuban citizens. This decision by Dr. Milián has not been seen favorably by the government. The cuban authorities can not explained how a professional who studied and was ‘molded’ by the ‘revolution’ dares to contravene the orders of the State.
