Pedro Betancourt. Matanazas. Review: Guido is one of three Sigler Amaya brothers serving time in cuban prisons for their opposition to the communist regime. Guido’s health is of great concern. His daughter has reported that her father is weighing 90 pounds (40kg) and suffers from small intestine ulcers, acute prostatitis, a cyst in his right kidney, chronic gastritis, sinusitis. His health continues to deteriorate due to the lack of medical attention. His loved ones, including his 73 year old mother who is in a wheelchair, have continued to denounce Guido’s condition in which ever manner they can in an attempt to save his life.
