Antúnez in a hunger strike

SANTA CLARA, CUBA-March 14 (Guillermo Fariñas Hernández, Cubanacán Press / Puenteinfocubamiami.org) –Last March 18th, the former prisoner of conscience Jorge Luis Perez Garcia began a hunger strike.

Perez Antúnez, began the hunger strike demanding a permanent solution to the housing situation of his sister.

The National Coordinator of the Political ¨Presidio¨ Pedro Luis Boitel, told this reporter that his younger sister Caridad Garcia Perez, born in 1968, has been systematically deceived by officials of the Municipal Assembly of The People's Power and the National Institute of Housing (INV).

Antúnez argued that his sister could not represent herself because she has psychiatric problems since childhood, she is an orphan and he is the responsible family member who can speak for her.

Caridad´s house is made of dilapidated wood; where she resides with her 12 years old daughter. The home is located at Street Eight’s West between Streets 6th and 7th of South, of neighborhood ¨El Callejón de Jacinto¨, in Villa Clara.

I accuse the President of the Assembly of The Popular Power in Placetas Luis Machado for this situation, finished saying Antunez.

Reporting from Santa Clara Guillermo Farina Hernandez, Director of Cubanacan Press, to the Information Bridge Cuba Miami. Puente Informativo Cuba Miami.
