Cuba Lifts Ban on
DVD Players, Cell Phones

Castro has quietly put a series of reforms into effect designed to make
Cubans, well, happier. His government has lifted a ban on owning DVD
players, cell phones, microwaves and electric bicycles. NPR's Susan
